mana is where my story meets your table.
mana.kitchenclub is a small café at Aleksandra Čaka iela 50 in Riga, Latvia, founded by Līva Grēta. We create seasonal, soulful food for intimate supper clubs, hands-on cooking masterclasses, and private catering.
mana works with simple, high-quality ingredients to make thoughtful, flavorful dishes. We cook to bring people together, for a long table with friends or a special gathering.
By day, our café serves seasonal breakfast and brunch. In the evenings, mana transforms for supper club dinners and private events. Food made to bring people together around the table.
Who is Līva Grēta?
I've always learned from nature, in the garden, in the kitchen, and by observing how food can carry care.
Growing up in a home where food was love made visible. I was taught that the best meals come from simple ingredients, careful attention, and an open door.
Later, I deepened that feeling, working alongside chefs in kitchens around the world, managing restaurants, and living among flavors and people. That's where I found my rhythm and realized food is, for me, a way of caring.
Animals, soil, and food are all part of the same story: nourishing, connecting, and bringing joy.
Today, mana.kitchenclub carries that spirit forward. It's a place where strangers become friends, gathered around a shared table, and where I hope everyone feels at home.
